 BXSP PlanLine is the online electronic plan room of The Builders Exchange of St. Paul

Prospective BXSP PlanLine users can receive a free trail period by calling the Builders Exchange of St. Paul and requesting a 14-day free trial period.

Construction estimators can access plans 24/7/365 through http://www.bxsp.org. The online electronic plan room is powered by IPIN software and runs on any personal computer. No extra software or hardware is needed.

BXSP PlanLine is available to UPGRADED MEMBERS of the Builders Exchange for a yearly fee of $700.00. Member firms must also be STANDARD MEMBERS of the Builders Exchange for a fee of $395.00 per year. Total cost is $1,095.00 per year.

Plan sheets and spec books are scanned and posted on BXSP PlanLine.

Plan sheets and spec books can be printed to scale by users from either PDF or TIF formats.

Construction plan sheets, specification books, construction plan addenda, project bidder’s lists, construction project data, design firm/owner contacts, construction news, and list of construction projects and more are available through the BXSP PlanLine.

All plans and specs can be downloaded for storage on your personal computer.

All BXSP PlanLine projects are electronically archived and stored on CD at the Builders Exchange.
